Daylight Saving Time Ends This Weekend (2023)

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2:00am on Sunday, November 5, 2023.

At that time (or earlier if you go to bed before that) set your clocks BACKWARD an hour to 1:00am.

We are gaining ONE hour.

I still need to change the clock in my car, but I don’t need to worry too much.

  • My alarm clock is automatic (if we ever get it permanently set one way or another, I’ll have to change that setting, but I’ll have to buy a new clock if they just change the range)
  • I have an atomic clock in my living/dinning room.
  • My stove is connected to the internet, but doesn’t have auto DST changes for some reason. Just used my phone to reset the time.
  • Needed to manually change my watch and thermostat, as neither are smart devices.
  • I just gave up setting the clock on my microwave long ago. It just displays 00:00 and doesn’t flash, so why set it?

The rest are devices that are smart enough to know to change (or I don’t really care enough if the clock is right, maybe because I normally can’t see the clock anyway)

My alarm is on my phone and it automatically updates.
My computers automatically update, just have to do the microwave and the oven and that takes a minute for each
