Over the last three or so months I’ve been in a battle with an anonymous third party authorized entity that has issued takedowns through Facebook of our One Piece , Naruto , Hunter x Hunter and a few other title reviews and news articles. They apparently hit me with another one this morning that has now had our account (site, personal, fan pages) disabled and locked out permanently.
“Facebook is not in a position to adjudicate disputes between third parties. If you believe these reports are not being made in good faith or are inaccurate, we suggest you or your legal counsel contact the complaining party to discuss this further.”
Well, that’s easy to do when it’s an anonymous third party, right? And I don’t think finding legal counsel to go after Facebook at this point is in my best interest.
At this point, any news or reviews of ours that you like I’d love it if you could post them to Facebook or elsewhere. There’s no way to fix this from what I can see so it is what it is. We had well over ten years on their service without issue but the last three months of battles have ended it.
Also, please share this one where you can so people know why we aren’t there anymore.
