Usagi Yojimbo. He had his own comic series and was a guest star on TMNT.
I don’t think I’ve seen a comic series featuring him, and I can’t place him as a guest character in TMNT, but there’s a lot of TMNT that I haven’t seen. I’m positive I’ve seen him in a show somewhere though. Oh well, I probably saw him around a decade ago or so, which is probably the greater portion of the problem.

Usagi Yojimbo. As far as I know it has nothing to do with TMNT.

Not directly. But they were published for a time by the same comics company, Mirage. During that time, due to similar themes, there were some crossover issues with both sets of characters in both the comics and the TV series.

Wait, there was a show for him specifically? That might just be where I’d seen him. In that case I might’ve only seen a couple of eps, but I do seem to remember liking him at least.
