This morning we got our first shipment of product from our replicator – the Gunsmith Cats Explosive Edition Basic Sets. In order to speed up delivery, we arranged for a split shipment; the Premium Set chipboard boxes are still in manufacturing, and we expect them in a couple of weeks.
However, by getting the Basic Sets early, we can start shipping now, and get as much done as possible before the Premium Sets arrive. This will particularly help with EU-based backers who may be affected by Brexit.
Thus, our sequence when creating shipping batches will be:
- EU (non-UK, handled by UK fulfillment)
- UK (handled by UK fulfillment)
- Canada (handled by Canadian fulfillment)
- Other International (handled by US Postal Service)
- USA
Backers in the EU, UK and Canada should keep in mind that when you get an email saying your product has shipped, that really means it’s in a box waiting to go to the fulfillment agent. It may take 2-4 weeks before they receive it and it actually goes into the mail.
