Fall Titles: Nobunaga Concerto Drama

Next up is the Japanese drama Nobunaga Concerto starring Oguri Shun! (We also got the Nobunaga Concerto anime as a simulcast last season!)

Nobunaga Concerto will be streaming on Crunchyroll starting today, 10/17 at 10 PM Pacific Time. Nobunaga Concerto will be available in the following territories: USA, Canada, Central and South America including Caribbean, European countries excluding Russia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand

Saburo, a high school student is flung back in time to the Sengoku Era. In the past, he meets a young, but sickly Oda Nobunaga, one of Japan’s greatest warlords. Unable to shake Saburo’s uncanny resemblance to himself, Nobunaga asks Saburo to take his place as war lord. Equipped with knowledge from the modern era, will Saburo be able to unite Japan?

The television adaptation of Ayumi Ishii’s historic manga begins this fall! Critically acclaimed actor Oguri Shun (Hana Yori Dango) will play the role of the time traveling Saburo opposite Shibasaki Kou (Galileo), who plays Kicho, his wife. They are joined by actors Takayuki Yamada (Densha Otoko) and Osamu Mukai (Hungry!).
