We reach the battles’ conclusion. Man Saitama gets NO respect as a hero (again). He defeated the Sea King which no Class S fighter could beat and he gets hurled put-downs and called a fraud. Seriously people? 
It always amazed me how calm he is about the whole thing. Genos practically became scrap metal thanks to the acid. Poor guy, but still alive.
Oh the rain stopped (as he ignores everyone.) This guy’s mind…
On the bright side, he did get promoted to Class B. Much deserved buddy.

I think the whole point was to show that Saitama doesn’t care how he’s viewed as a hero. A real hero (Genos is a real hero, and Mumen Rider is a real hero) is what Saitama wants to be. It doesn’t matter how the public views him.

I just don’t “get” this one. Ep 1 reminded me of KLK, which doesn’t surprise me as that was the last mega-popular ultra-zany action-comedy and I didn’t get that one either.
