In the first one, Prede was partially right. He guessed a sub-effect of what it was about… the new Online Player back end system. You’re right though, I purposefully didn’t respond to his guess that last time. At one point this thing will need to be more about you all and your participation, rather than me saying it’s right or wrong. 
Slick I see you’ve been doing you’re homework trying to figure this thing out by looking at past events and clues. Were you looking for hints regarding the last hint I mentioned? About the rear-view mirror?
This time though I’ll say people are a bit cold so far, but who knows - It’s no fun if the game ended well before the something-something… On Twitter people keep guessing Utena, even though I keep telling them beforehand it’s not Utena related. Utena fans are very passionate and supporting it being on Anime Network in a big way.

Yes, I’ve been searching for any posts that may have mentioned “horizon” or “rearview mirror”. I searched for about an hour earlier, that’s why I said your “cold-hearted”

In my view, well obviously this is done to drive attention and hype in part. When something special is going on, Anime Network is obviously putting a lot of work into it, and they hope we enjoy the fruits of their labor… but really the key thing to doing this is, I hope we as a community, especially the people who participate often in this side of the forums can do something together as a group - instead of people just coming here just to post complaints as has been fashionable lately. This forum isn’t meant to be a complaint forum, rather it’s meant to be a community and hopefully one where we can all talk about what we’re watching or participating in through Anime Network.
So it doesn’t matter if one is right or wrong. The spirit of joining in and participating and people not being lazy, or at least trying to participate in something other than complaining is the goal. Plus who knows what might happen. 
Actually, my non-participatory approach this time around has more to do with me honestly not having a clue what to guess.
I can’t think of a single thing as to what the news may pertain to, and in light of that, I decided to hold my tongue in this case.
Well watch out for the hints… hopefully the bird might get out of the cage. hehe!

Well, I feel really out of the loop, but I’m willing to bet it’s a new show announcement. But honestly, I have no idea what it is.
Either that, or they’ve struck another big content deal with someone, like the one with Enoki Films.
Perhaps TAN has nabbed Naruto Shippuden…lol. Yes, I know it’s highly unlikely, but I thought I would throw out a guess that’s way out there.
