For future reference, please post these items in the Anime Network Online Technical Support & Customer Service thread.
Also, don’t click on “Reply as linked topic” (Marked as 1 in example). Go to the bottom and use the purple “Reply” button (marked as 2 in example). That way you won’t start a new topic and have to rely on me to forward your request.
