Ordered on May 22nd during the RS Funi Sale, and arrived today.
Giving it another shot. After all, it is somewhat Strike Witches, even if the characters don’t have good chemistry…

Might I add that the disc art must have been on the lowest priority list?
I mean, yeah it’s not something needed, but comparing it to Strike Witches disc art…
And even the movie’s disc art, while not being nearly as colorful as the TV show, was still slightly better than that…

Well I missed Friday hoping the box that contains my Cutie Honey PBS would come . Lost in pre-shipment from what I’m getting .
Brave Witches I threw in to get free shipping on some Apple Sauce so I’d not have to leave the house . Golden Kamuy B&N had a coupon on Fathers Day . The rest are forgot to post pickups .

Been after a set since last year when I realized I missed it during my break . First season easy to find ,but the second kept missing it . Someone had both sets up for sale in Canada last week so I bid and won . After watching this get marked as running late this morning it just shows up . I sold something to be able to get this and the other set in the Sentai thread ,but I’m happier with them then what had .

There’s another thing that I probably won’t be able to get…
Right now the only S1 is $160, and S2 is really scarce…
(Guess I should be happy that it’s on Crunchy, so I can at least watch it…)
I’d given up in March . I was finally clearing out my Crunchy watched list last week and ran across it . Did a search came up with the $400 copy on Amazon , ¥14,950 copy of the American set on Amazon Japan , and some weird South African anime store that said they could get it . Decided to look on eBay and at first it did not show up . Changed the search categories to just the main DVD and Blu-ray one instead of the sub and it popped up .
It sucks they never got a standard edition out for season 2 . Because Season 1 standard is still pretty cheap from a third part seller on Amazon . While I was looking I came across all the old press and forum post . I think the season 2 premium set fully sold out around Jan 2017 . I’m guessing they knew season 1 license was expiring in the next year and could not justify doing a run for a season 2 Standard edition .
Hopefully Sentai , Discotek , or maybe Maiden Japan might pick it up and maybe get the two flash series as well .
Also on a related side note those older NIS America premium sets are way expensive now .

That is wishful thinking, cause they’re Xebec series, and especially since we still don’t know what is happening with them. Specifically speaking, Upotte (not on HiDive) and MM! (Blu-ray is OOP)…

Cat God was $25.99 new from a seller on Amazon . Have figures coming near the end of the month so Anime purchases won’t be as much for a bit . Hopefully nothing to good of deal to pass on pops up on Rightstuf or anyplace for that matter .
@MaouSadao is your Stein 0 box straight ? I saw at least one person got a box that looked like they over tightened the shrink and caused it to not be a square anymore . Reminded me of those first Utena LE DVD boxes Rightstuf replaced years ago .

That’s good to know the warping does not appear to be a widespread problem . Sucks about the gash . Not sure why people can’t read the do not use box cutter on the shipping boxes and even some tapes .
Had to cancel my preorder when I won the OOP sets off eBay . Still not decided if I want to reorder .

Target Sale got me for Jojo and Love Tyrant . Set 4: Diamond is Unbreakable Part 1 got shipped separate and won’t be here to next week . Did have $5 gift from buying a game so Love Tyrant was around $30 . The Twelve Kingdoms is from pre-ordering it months ago and just now getting stock . Sailor Moon S Movie was from Amazon.
Edit : Used my eBay bucks towards these the other day .
Arrived July 13 2019 .
Boxes have a little scuffing ,but otherwise good and still have the info sheets which was not pictured or mentioned.
