I love right stuf but they seem to have worst timing for me with these sales. I’m actually at the hotel room for Anime Next. Maybe save some to order anything I didn’t see in dealers room I wanted or something for after the con.
[quote=“mgosdin”]There’s a bunch of movies / series I want, but the $ just don’t exist for them.
However, I did order K-ON! Season 2, Part 1.
Cancelled the order I had with Amazon from earlier, they never price matched on it and even with paying shipping RightStuf is $10 cheaper.

Wow, Amazon seems to always be either cheaper or at-par with rightStuf for the Sentai titles that I want. Though with RightStuf shipping Towanoquon 20 days before the street date, I suppose that I could pay a bit more for uber-shipping. Forget Amazon’s “release day guarantee” when it comes to anime, rightStuf is vastly superior on that.
I do wish they’d let you use the non-direct-discount coupons with this stuff, like the “free X with purchase totaling at least Y dollars” ones.
I don’t know if there’s anything on there that I want, which I haven’t already ordered. Plus I’m holding out for buying as much as possible from the Sentai “booth” at Otakon next month, provided it is there this year (it wasn’t yet announced when I looked; if it is the same place it was last year, it’ll be next to discotek…). Maybe I’ll cave and order some stuff online and then get the other version (dvd/bluray) of it in person directly from Sentai. I’ll have to look over the sale.
I wish I were there, but with the weak guest list I had to throw AN under the bus this year so I could do AMA
