I saw this posted on another website yesterday, kinda bummed me out. He’s a very good director and I’m hoping it wont be long before his artistic side kicks him back into action.

Miyazaki and Jay-Z “retire” on a yearly basis… :lol: Kidding, however, I believe I read before that he has tried to quit filmmaking earlier in his career (which, of course, didn’t happen).
Best of luck to him and whatever he chooses. It’s hard to imagine what anime and the film/animation industry would’ve been like without him.
