I think TAN had this feature, way back when, in the Tan and green website layout of the good old days.
I want to bring this feature back to the modern todays with a Social Media twist
For future reference I will ‘name’, ( call ) this feature ‘Check View’.
Example: I will refer to the above image as the current latest topics and posts
and the below as Quick Posts and I will refer to the last image as latest Check View
This section is used for the unusual latest topics and posts but for a more up to date feel, it would have a quick reply button, where the last post date is, under the number of posts count. and when you hover over the quick reply button, It will change the latest topic and posts, into the a brief preview of Quick Posts, of the main current forum topic and posts, that the quick button is linked to.

I refer to this below image as Quick Posts
This section will be the new check view, to display the members and guests that view the TAN website. it will have the website viewing log, by whose first refresh view, of the main forum page and by first refresh view, of any of the viewed TAN Topics. Also there can be a quick chat button, to chat with members and all the cool guests. that visit TAN.
I will refer to the last image as Latest Check View
And the forums categories can just be accessed by the category button, that already exists
