And I’ve been listening to this album again.

I knew I loved the La Corda D’Oro ~primo passo~ OP, but it seems like everything Kanon touches is gold.

I always liked Twisted Sister!

The Madoka Magica ones are lovely and the videos are fantastic!

Since I noticed someone put a hammered dulcimer vid on your profile, I think I’ll stick these in here as well.

Glenn Morgan is a relativly famous Hammered Dulcimer player, and travels around the Ren Faires.
Which is where I met him and picked up one of his CDs, A Following Wind.

 So you noticed? I think it’s quite a beautiful instrument. I was surprised when I stumbled across it!

Most excellent! :cheer:

I did indeed.
I’ve always had a fondness for the soothing sounds of the dulcimer, though it wasn’t until I met Glenn Morgan, that I actually knew what the instrument was called that I was hearing.

And while I’m at it, I’ll stick these Madoka AMVs here as well.

It’s a wonderful way to end the weekend with those beautiful videos! Thanks Coffee God!

You’re welcome!

So apparently, Natsuko Aso (Demon King Daimao ED Everyday Sunshine Line!) also sings for the Nichijou OP.
I didn’t even know it was her until I watched the PV for it.

Probably my favorite song from the DC! soundtrack (there’s another, but I have to find it).

There’s actually a few more, but this is the other one I was thinking of.

Looks like Disturbed has a new previous unreleased song on their homepage up for download.

More good stuff!!

I never realized the DC music was so beautiful. I guess most of it got buried under the dialogue and I never really listened to it. And the Madoka vid was adorable! That was a nice find.

Yeah, the DC music was awesome, and very fitting for the series.
One of my main loves in any media is music, so the BG music in any series, rarely slips by me, since that’s one of my focuses while watching.

And since I’ve obviously still been on a PMMM kick, here’s a couple more AMVs I ran across that I liked.

Song: Emilie Autumn - Opheliac

Song: Within Temptation - A Demon’s Fate

These are great too. I really enjoyed the second one.

I do love soundtracks as well, but I think when it comes to some, I can get so caught up in the story that I sometimes forget the music. Yet the music is such a vital part of the story as well, setting the mood and the action. Sometimes it just blends so well together, that I miss it until I hear the soundtrack by itself. Then I can fall in love all over again!
