Q. You guys are just dying to announce Tonari no Seki-kun, right? RIGHT?
A. It was such a fun little show wasn’t it? While I can’t really comment on whether or not we can announce it as a title, you can rest assured that I’m now playing the ED “Set Them Free” on repeat. Look it up, it’s amazing.

About Tonari no Seki-kun: The Master of Killing Time
He’s a pest. A menace. And worst of all, he sits next to her in class. All Yokoi wants is to be able to pay attention to her teacher’s lessons, but somehow her focus is always pulled away to what Seki is up to. Because he’s always up to something, whether it’s playing a game or building some mind-boggling creation on his desk. While their teacher is speaking! While Seki should be taking notes! And yet Yokoi is the only one who ever notices. She’s the only one who sees disaster looming as Seki’s nefarious plans slowly build to their evil fruition. And worst of all, while Seki always seems to get away with it, the constant distractions and paranoia that he’s inducing in Yokoi keep getting HER into trouble! It’s just not fair! But despite the consequences, Yokoi finds herself unable to look away. To ignore him. So with every class, the tension and torture begin again in TONARI NO SEKI-KUN!

The name of the game is “distraction” in this short-form classroom comedy from 2014
This seems to be one of the few “Physical Release Exclusive Dub” Sentai shows. Another being Onigiri.
Curious to if they will stay that way, or if they eventually will have the Dub on HiDive.

Browsing the Sentai Store tonight and:
This is a very important note, as the Dub of this specific show is not available on HiDive as of this post. When the physical sets do go OOP, the Dub may be lost to the sands of time.
For anyone interested in it, the DVD set is still available at this time.

Not gonna lie. I do prefer this cover art to the old release.

The shortness of the OP made this trailer short.
