Tried to play video on xbox 360 ie and it doesn't/

i just got a xbox360 gold account and tried to play some vidoes. I can select them and even select weither is subtitle or dubbed. but it just sits there and never plays. I did get a security cert error, but i ignored it. they play fine on my computer and samsung device ( shich is hard to manipulate) any ideas???

I believe its because of the way the internet explorer for 360 user agent is setup. I am not sure there is a easy way to change the user agent for it. If there is a way I have as of yet to figure it out. Though to be honest have not tried in sometime. I figured out how to do it on Wii U ,but they actually made it a settings option.
