Have a VOD user trying to access the forums with a Nook device, but is unable to do so. Cannot make him understand that he needs to give us more info to go on.

Hate the new forums;
Just tried to watch Shining Hearts 4–it is also actually #3 on DirecTV.
Also: Cannot access forums AT ALL from my tablet–had to fire up the desktop.

Everything still missing. Tried again to access the forums using my tablet (actually, a Nook Color) and no go–cannot even look at the forums using the browser at all, even typing in the entire URL just gives me a blank page, which means to access the forums at all I have to boot up the old desktop. These new forums really suck for me.
And, of course, no new shows. Arrrgh!
