Ha! Tortilla Pizza! Done that many a time when we lived 20 miles from everything in Oklahoma. No pizza ingredients and no money to buy any even if you took the 30+ minute one-way-drive to the store.

Using our roaster, I made a pot roast dinner tonight, but forgot to take a pic.

Oops :flushed:

However, there were plenty of vegatamables :wink:and broth left over, so cooked some rice and mixed it all together!

It’s not a stew. Maybe a goulash :thinking:

Oh yes indeedey do!

Added cajin seasoning and Sazon to the broth. The flavor is out of this world!

(Is it sad that the worst part of the meal was how fatty the roast was?)
