Hello:
A question: does this news change my new Premium subscription for my Roku devices? Or is my subscription considered a Channel rather than online?

Eventually, Anime Network will no longer be on Roku, everything will be moving over to HIDIVE. However, there is no time frame for the Roku yet, so as of now, you can continue to watch Anime Network as usual.
