Anime Network VOD is missing from Insight

I have Insight Cable My Zip code is 47150 The last few days Anime VOD and the Anime Free Preview has been missing from the On-Demand Line-Up. When I turn the channel to 145 (Where Anime on Damand is located) it reads (No categories available.)

Did Insight drop The Anime Network from their line up or is there a problem?

I have not heard anything about this but the people who can answer this inquiry are not available for the July 4th weekend.

Have you called your cable provider? Anime Network only sends them episodes, and has no control how your cable provider operates the VOD sections.
