It’s in alphabetical order by default after it’s sorted by date. If you want just alphabetical order regardless of date, click the show title and it’ll change the sorting. :slight_smile:

Free On Demand

I finally got my previous missing updates from 12/24 and 12/31 and I got the most recent update from 1/7 as well. It happened later than normal and all previous episodes ended they ended a week early.

They just changed and added more On Demand stuff and channels today, so they were probably working on it over the past couple of weeks and thats what caused us not getting the updates.

Starting on the 12-24-2009 they are not in order. Here is the listing for 1-7-2010 and its completely out of order.

Which browser are you using? With Firefox it’s ordered on my side by default. Example:

The episode sort option worked. When I clicked on start date it got even more out of order. I will try updating Firefox.

Ok, it was an error with my old version of Firefox. Its in proper order now.

I spent almost an hour with Tier 2 Support last night and he found something interesting. The tech checked their servers to see if the missing episodes where there and available. Of all the shows I told him that where missing, only one (1) show, Alice Academy eps 15 was on the server and available but not in the program guide. He created a Ticket to find the problem and resolve. All the other shows that I gave him were flagged as “blacked out” and unavailable in my area/region That is why they do not show up on the AT&T program guide. He did say that the same programs are available in at least 40 other cities but not in my region. My question is why is AnimeNetwork blocking some of its episodes is certain areas and not indicating this on the schedule page. Also the Schedule page on this website does not have “Maria is watching over us pretemps” listed but I have been getting it on the SVOD for the last month. Something is not in sync somewhere. Can anyone look into these.

Haven’t received anything to date (3 weeks of nothing makes me worry that TWC plans on removing Anime Network entirely). I really hope this isn’t the case.

That’s probably not the case, as other TWC areas have received the updates fine. If you read the first post on this thread, Time Warner is aware of the regional issues, but they don’t consider it a high priority., unfortunately. :frowning:

Anime Network is not going anywhere on Time Warner. It’s a distribution issue with TWC’s VOD network that they are aware of and working on.

However… anime is a niche medium. NOTHING is a given. If you like the anime services you’re getting, speak up about it. Tell your friends about it. Call and email your cable company that you like and are enjoying Anime Network content. :slight_smile:

Can also buy the DVDs of the titles you watch on Anime Network (Section23 Films, Sentai Filmworks and ADV Films) through Best Buy, RightStuf, DVD Pacific and other retailers.

The Anime industry is going through a contracting period due to the industry problems, fans not buying or supporting legal and the economic problems - your support is more valuable and appreciated than ever.
