Utawarerumono OVA Ep 02 - still remains missing (OVA Ep 03 added this week).
Bodacious Space Pirates Ep 01 - incorrect episode loaded, read on this forum it is being re-sent to providers so I assume this applies to Frontier as well.
In addition, this week’s updates have been loaded and the following episodes are missing.

The Bodacious Space Pirates movie, Abyss of Hyperspace played in August, this should be the dubbed version of the series.
You should have received Episode 1 on January 5, and Episode 2 on January 12.
Just want to make sure that you’re saying that you received the Abyss of Hyperspace last week instead of Episode 1 of the series. Is that correct?"

As was mentioned several times already, Abyss of Hyperspace movie was received by all SVOD users instead of the first episode of Bodacious Space Pirates.
A note from Admin says that Episode 1 is being resent to all SVOD users with an extended date.

Utawarerumono The False Faces Episode 13 from 1/5 update is still missing. When I called Spectrum to follow up (again!) I got a new story from the Customer Service Supervisor I spoke to: It’s not available to me or the Spectrum customers in Southern California because Spectrum isn’t licensed to this episode to its customers in this region!
While I don’t believe that this story is correct (it’s the first time I’ve heard this excuse regarding this missing episode), I felt that you and TAN should be aware that this is the story Spectrum is now spinning to explain away it’s inaction in resolving this problem!

Broken Blade ep. 05 still missing

I have also fast forwarded through the recent content to see if there were any issues concerning runtimes, and indeed there are : Broken Blade ep. 06, Asylum Session and Arch Angels ( by the way, what the hell ? 
) are all cutting off early during the credits – which is on par with the course for any non-regular length content.
Has admin ever got an answer from Cogeco as to why this is a recurring problem ? All 25 minutes episodes are listed as 30 min, and there are no issues with the majority of these titles. How come all other shows and movies outside of that timeframe are affected by timing issues ?
For reference, all of the Broken Blade episodes were listed as running 50 minutes. I don’t recall issues of that nature ever occurring outside of this past year. Even the original run of Broken Blade from a few years ago was running fine.
Is this an issue from Cogeco or on the file that AN is sending to them ?

Without the February schedule, it’s hard to tell if I got all of this week’s episodes–probably did. It’s easy to tell what I didn’t get–any of the missing episodes from 1/12/17. This is it–the last week before they’re dead and gone. Please tell me Time Warner, or Spectrum, or the Cable Compay Formerly Known as Prince is actually working to resolve this issue? (**jerryl’**s post did not leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling…)
For what it’s worth, the On Demand Portal updated almost in sync with Cutting Edge (so close, but no cigar). And the name changes for Haikyu II, Hayate II, and Patlabor ? Well, now all the other series have changed to that format as well, along with a few other tweaks detailed below…

…the On Demand Portal created a new folder for Utawarerumono II #17, as though it was Utawarerumono 17 from the first series, complete with the picture from the first series and the title from Utawarerumono 17, but the blurb from Utawarerumono II 17. I’ve been talking with the TW techs, and I think in these cases this is actually the way AN (mis)bundled the episode–there’s no way TW has the title, and certainly not the picture, just lying around. That stuff is almost certainly coming from AN. This ties in with my research about the merged-episode debacles, which I promise I’ll get around to boring you with one of these days…
