I sincerely thank you all for your patience. We have no idea what’s happening here. TAN is sending them content as we always have, but it’s somehow not getting loaded. TAN has been in contact with them several times over the last few weeks and have been assured that they’re working on it. I know that doesn’t really help you, but we’re doing everything we can and hope to have it resolved soon.

You certainly can do that, please tell them that AN has sent the content, but it hasn’t been uploaded on their side. Please let me know how they respond.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen that particular message.
Yesterday, I did verify that Spy Classroom 1 & 3, Master/No Tail 2 and part 2 of the Princess Principal movie (question: were we supposed to get a part 1? Or a part 3, for that matter, since there was a a rather open ending?) Since I can’t get to the channel at all now, I can’t confirm if No Tail 2 dropped off the list as scheduled.

Well, the channel itself is gone but I did a search of some of the shows and it yielded some results. As to what else is missing I’ll have to double check again. I’ll update here untill the collective report goes out.
10/5 My Master/Tail 2, all else was never received and by now this week’s episodes have expired.
10/12 received Spy Classroom 1, all else missing
10/19 all missing
10/26 Princess Principal ch2, Spy Classroom 3, all else missing
11/2 received Bibliophile Princess 1, Spy Classroom 4, Management/Alchemist 12, all else missing
Monday check 11/6
I did a search of all the shows we’re supposed to have and nothing new has been received. The channel itself is still missing.

Presuming I can count, if form holds, tomorrow will make 6 weeks without (unhidden) content, spanning ALL of October and into November. I’m thinking this is approaching a record - can any of the other old-timers confirm?

When you contacted DirecTV to report the TAN outage, did they give you a contact or case number? It might be helpful if other DTV users opened cases that referenced your case number, to help them realize that it’s not just one user being affected. It might even help their troubleshooting.
