We had a grocery delivery this morning I was going to throw a copy in ,but limited availability . Which means they got under 5 in the store and they won’t allow pick up or same day services .

So was able to request a replacement for my bashed up steelbook . Got a no need to return message . So just waiting on the replacement to ship now . Had a question asking how to prevent this . My answer was a box and some bubblewrap .lol

Totally shocked about the news of Zac’s (from ANN) death. I didn’t always agree with him, and even argued with him from time to time, but he was a good guy and I respected him. I will miss his content and Tweets.

Me too, I had noticed that he wasn’t tweeting as much as usual, but thought he was just busy on the project he’d announces a couple of weeks ago. He was a boisterous, funny guy and I enjoyed his columns and podcasts very much.

I read the ANN announcement and Justin’s Twitter Obit.
It was always fun & entertaining to watch Zac defend his opinions, even when he was dead wrong and knew it.
It seems he was struggling with depression the past year or so, I hate that we’ve lost someone who could make us laugh & smile to that … again.

By “former partner”, is the article implying that he had split up with his transgender coworker?
Is this to say that the poor guy decided to, how to put this, go out on his own terms?

The answers appear to be Yes & Yes. I don’t think we will ever know exactly what happened and honestly it isn’t our business to know.
It seems that creative people often have issues with being depressed, I’ve certainly seen it far too often over the years. The thing we can do is to pay attention and be ready to help them when they need it.

Cause of death hasn’t been reported since the family doesn’t wish for it to be made public.
With even his compadres being shocked by his sudden passing, and that there is no official word to the contrary, it would seem that he was another unfortunate suicide during the covid lockdown. 
Perhaps someone will be curious enough to check the public records for COD.
I’m going to stop this right here. If the family wishes for this to be kept quiet, then we will all respect their wishes. There will be no more speculating about this. Unless there is some public statement, this is the end of it.

Ordered some 16 x 16 x 6 boxes for temp storage of my DVD’s , Manga , and Blu-ray’s . While I’m moving stuff around to hopefully get things back on a shelf . Footlockers and these bags are just not working out . Bags don’t stack well and the footlockers are just way to heavy to move when full .
Anyone have a good places for manga or digest bags that might fit slightly thicker books . I used to have some ,but not been able to find them .
