The folks in this area are either in fairly new subdivisions or have acreages from decades ago. Those old timers like to fire off guns, more often than not at the new houses.
The Sheriff sent out Deputies the last time that happened, they could not get any response at the house where the shots came from and were leery of forcing their way in. The residents are better armed than the Sheriff. Much better.

And firecrackers have started up again, but I just saw 2 police cars go by headed in that direction. Weâll see what happens now.

And now, all silent up the street, no more firecrackers, the police left just a bit ago.
We live in a county where fireworks are legal, but theyâre not legal in the city limits (where we live). You can get a special permit for holidays (July 4th, Christmas, New Years, etc.).
Pretty sure Iâd be much more upset if I had small children who were trying to nap in the afternoon, or a dog who was sensitive to loud noises.

You should have been in NY over the Summer!! Firecrackers every night, in every neighborhood!! So what if people were sleeping? So what if people had to go to work the next day?
A few very bad accidents (on purpose). It got boring to shoot off firecrackers every night. The new thing was to shoot bottle rockets through open windows!! More fun yet - shoot them at random people walking by!! If anyone complained, it got worse.
One man set his apartment on fire by shooting fireworks out of his window. Apparently he lit a bunch in his living room before tossing them out of the window. So, they went off in his apartment instead.
All of them were illegal of course. People were buying all kinds of fireworks out of state and selling them here from the trunks of their cars. It did eventfully stop once people got bored enough or the cops came around more.

I did not see the meal part yesterday. So 21 Big Macs , 21 fries , 21 bottled waters .
Iâm curious how many fryer baskets of fries 21 is now ?

Do you want normal level, or high volume dispensal?
On normal level, each basket will be 2 medium fries worth, so 11 baskets.
On high volume, each basket will be 5 medium fries worth, so with clever boxing, 4 baskets.
(Take a guess which mode we used for that order 
)

So I have had a fun experience todayâŚ
The one manager came in today, and our big boss was here.
He called her over to speak with him, as she had been on coronavirus leave.
All of a sudden, I heard yelling of things I cannot type here, and she stormed out of the store.
It seems like we lost another manager, right after 2 quit last weekâŚ
Anyone want a job???
