I’m in the same boat with Maou here in Florida. My Real Estate taxes run about 4500 dollars. That’s 2500 County and 2000 Community Development District. I’m on the CDD board, so I know where all that money goes. We could double the Assesement and still not be able to keep the Streets & Storm Drains in working order.

Was scheduled to go in late today. After talking with the rest of the family and vet going to do an ultrasound first to be 100% its a tumor and not an impacted fur ball or something else. I’d rather not leave the question in my mind if putting him to sleep right now is best thing. The thing we know for sure is wrong is treatable. Been getting I’m doing the wrong thing vibes and feel this is the right thing.

Last night made the hard choice to cancel a figure before I got the invoice.

This morning I see someone did not cancel invoice was 72k yen with shipping and fees. The figure was already 36k yen.

It’s been a while since Central Florida got below freezing temps. And this weekend will get into the 20’s!

I wonder how many Floridians know to run your spiket at a drip so your pipes don’t break when temps go below freezing…
