I think my account is trapped in some black hole. I keep trying to end my subscription, there’s no grey Cancel Subscription box like in the FAQ. I try to change my email in my billing info, and it won’t update. I try to delete my account, and I can’t. I’ve had it up to here with this site. At the very least, cancel my subscription.

You are not seeing the grey cancel button because your subscription has already been canceled. I double checked myself within our database and your account is now in “deactivated” status. You should be receiving an email today from Subscriptions confirming your cancellation. Thanks.
