The email support seems to be incredibly slow.
Sent March 13th to support@theanimenetwork.com:
“My monthly subscription was going to expire on March 22 so I decided to buy myself a 3 month gift card. I applied it right away, but it didn’t seem to count the remaining days left on my subscription. It says my subscription expires on June 13. That’s incorrect.”
Received a response on March 15th:
“Thank you for reporting your request. We have forwarded your request over to our billing department for review. As soon as we hear back from them, we will follow up with you should we need more information.”
I have not heard back from them since then.
