You may have noticed that HIDIVE website and some apps have been updated.
Some things are gone, some have changed, here’s a list of some of things I’ve found so far:

How do I create a watchlist?
Navigate to the HIDIVE website via a web browser and click “More”. After selecting “More”, select “Watchlist”. Once on this page, you will see the create and then type in your title. To add a title to your watchlist, click on a title and then click the icon on the bottom left of the title, and then add to an existing watchlist or create a new one. You can create a maximum of 500 customized watchlist.
How many titles can I add to a watchlist?
You can add up to 500 titles to your watchlist.
How does offline downloading work?
Offline download is an exclusive feature that allows you to save content to your HIDIVE app for later viewing. To access and watch your downloads offline, ensure that you remain signed in to your HIDIVE account. Simply open the HIDIVE app and navigate to your downloads page by following these steps:
For iPhone, iPad, Android, or Fire devices: Tap on “My HIDIVE” > “Downloads.”
You can only download 20 titles at a time
Once you hit start in a downloaded title then you have 48hrs to watch
Where did my profile go?
With the transition to our new app, we regret to inform you that Profiles has been discontinued. However, there’s no need to worry, as all saved queues from the previous app have been seamlessly transferred to “Watchlist.” Each watchlist corresponds to the previous profile queue and is labeled with the respective profile name.
How to remove titles from Continue Watching?
Regrettably, you cannot simply remove titles with the push of a button. To remove items from the Continue Watching list, you’ll need to watch the title to completion or fast forward to the end. If you run into issues feel free to contact HIDIVE support.
How do I update my Email?
Regrettably, updating your email is not possible at this time. Please contact our customer support, and we’ll be glad to assist you in updating your email.
How to set Subtitle Preferences?
At the moment, setting subtitle preferences is not an option on HIDIVE. However, if you’re watching a series and select subtitles, you won’t need to adjust your preferences if you continue watching that series. You’ll only need to re-select your language preference if you switch to a different series. We understand this may be disappointing, but rest assured, we’re working on rolling out additional improvements over the next few months.
