Next time, please post these types of problems in the Anime Network Online Player Reports/Problems/Updates thread. Posting them here will do no good.
The other thread has an alert attached to it so it notifies the proper people who will look into it right away. Please read the first post to see what info is needed for faster action.
I tried the first three episodes of HOTD and it played ok, so please try again.
