Russo Brothers to Direct & Produce Hulu’s “The Warriors” Remake

I dunno about the Russos, they came out of nowhere and hit a home run with CA:TWS but their sophomore effort with Marvel was just a single. So I wonder if Hulu landed them for The Warriors for their name recognition or for their talent as directors.

On Amazon, I saw an interview on 60 Minutes with Bezos (happened to be on) a while ago and he mentioned his deep-seated fear of competition as companies like his don’t last long before a competitor supplants them. Amazon seems to be burning the candle at both ends, and throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks, so maybe it is entering into its twilight?

I kinda like Amazon, but less so as time has gone on. Maybe it’d be for the best if they should be put out to pasture alongside Digg & MySpace. :wink:
