Oooooh. I saw a few episodes…The first one, where Balsa saves the kid who falls in the water, and the one about the boy with the blue pendant who knows how the people are cheating in the gambling game. I can’t really give any more details on these episodes, as I hardly remember them, but I know that they were really good episodes and I plan to watch the whole series again…According to the episode schedule, the last episode was yesterday, so they SHOULD replay it from the beginning…next saturday.
I really enjoyed last night’s episode. I was happy to finally get some background info and Balsa and what led her to this point in her life. I am also happy that we are getting some progress now, most likely because we are nearing the end of this series. 
That was not the last episode. It was 21 of 26.
So, now we know Jigaro’s story…

He sacrificed his life for one little girl. What a selfless guy. He’s a hero. And he had to kill his friends one by one, how awful that must have been. And now Balsa is trying to make up for the lives.
After seeing that flashback in the earlier episode, I thought that Jigaro had died in battle, but I guess that was a distraction. It’s nice to know that they got to have final words together.
And talk about freakout - Chagum having that vision of being over a canyon… that would have done it for me…
Is Torogai still at the hot springs?
Is it just me or are we just supposed to trust the ex-head tutor guy now? He still looks shifty to me. Is he bad or is he just drawn that way? 
Yeah I know, I had to turn the volume down.
Down? I had mine turned up so high during the show… the commercials about blew me away…

Shows he hasn’t hit puberty yet. Balsa should try to tie up this business before that lol.
I liked that episode. It explained a lot. Balsa seems more maternal too.
And Spring isn’t far off now. Can’t wait!!
It was nice getting Balsa’s background. Have to eventually get the DVD for this series.
Excellent episode once again with superior storytelling. I was beginning to fear the series was going downhill with the meandering middle portions. Though the scene with Chagum in the Canyon felt bizarre and poorly made - an otherwise supreme episode though.
Chagum the match maker. He is a persistent kid.
Another great episode. Chagum has matured and seems to be more accepting of his fate - whatever it may turn out to be. I did like the matchmaking part and the fact that Chagum would like the three of them to live together as a family. The rest of the episode was pretty exciting. No telling what will happen next, but it looks like the story is moving along nicely. Still not sure about Shuga. He still seems rather suspicious. Looking forward to next week!

And, whoa! Chagum can WALK ON WATER!
Tanda is very observant, he noticed Chagum eating one of those plants and picked one up to study it. (He’ll probably figure something out about it)
Otherwise, pretty decent episode.

Slow - you were right about the plants! That Tanda is one smart guy!
It seems like the hunters finally trust Balsa. And Tanda was able to figure out how to kill the creatures (using the plants). I like the message system too! They had the wrong place of celebration and now must rush to get to the correct one on time. Thanks goodness Balsa and the hunters have a head start!! I hope they get to Chagum in time!!
I was kind of disappointed by the episode. It was pretty good, in that as an episode it wasn’t singularly bad or even mediocre, not even remotely… but for only 2 episodes left, it feels like sometimes this series loses scope, direction, story and building intensity.
Last episode should be interesting…

It seems the egg wants the egg eater to get Chagum when he reaches the point of celebration. It went out of its way to get its attention (going to its lair) and is leading it to the spot. This egg doesn’t seem all that friendly to me anymore.
It was ok ,but it does seem like my fears of a rushed ending are going to happen.
No episode this week as it appears they are repeating the second Bleach Movie 3 times.
