Episode 13 of Princess Resurrection “Princess Sacrifice” was listed among the Top 10 Best Ghost Story Anime Ever over at Mania. I think it definitely deserves it, with the whole Silent Hill vibe it had going. It certainly would have made my list.

OK, this was the best place I could find to ask this.
I like this series by the way. . .each episode is paced very well, and there’s a good balance between the comedy and action.
I am amazed at how many times they’ve had to rebuild the entire Mansion. . . .
The ending theme isn’t a completely original tune - it’s been ripped from somewhere - I just can’t put my finger on it.
My guess is that there was a similar theme to a TV show or something back in the 70s or 80s.

Thanks ShawnMerrow, now I know what band did it. I don’t doubt the band thinks it’s original.
It just sounds extremely close to something I’ve heard before - and 8 bars are legally allowed (if not, there would be a bunch more lawsuits!) Heck, even my wife commented on it too. I was watching it streaming on my TV - we both looked at each other with the same thought. [OK, yeah, we’re probably both crazy!]
@Slowhand - the beginning song also seems familiar to me. It’s the ending song that’s driving me nuts! That’s why I commented.
