Q. Is the dub for Rozen Maiden: Zurückspulen being done in-house or was it outsourced to Bang Zoom?

That’s a good thing to hear. Occasionally bang/zoom can do something right, but the odds of them doing it better than Sentai are slim to none.
I’m curious if the legal settlement with Funimation has had anything to do with Sentai being more conservative lately. The financial impact could explain why they have slowed down on dubbing titles, and why this and Fate/kalied were not outsourced.
That could be, or maybe the sales numbers for some of their other dub-continued shows showed them that outsourcing them doesn’t bring in the sales, that so many “fans” yell at the heavens about.
Or maybe Bang Zoom’s has a full plate on their hands and Sentai can’t wait.
Or maybe…Mordecia and Rigby are awesome.
