With the arrival of their latest mysterious recruit, however, things are about to get deadly serious. Their final exam is about to begin and if they fail, the whole world is doomed in BATTLE GIRL HIGH SCHOOL!

To bring back choice special-grade relics for all our fans to enjoy! We are proud to announce that our quest was successful and we’re ready to show off the fruits of our arduous labor!

Good news: In the grand tradition of all isekai stories, you wake up one morning and find out that you’re now in an anime! Hooray!
Bad news: You now have to figure out how to survive in your new environment. Boo!
But what could possibly threaten you? Well… all of you have seen anime before, you all KNOW what can go wrong. It is in your best interests to keep on living, and Sentai Filmworks wants to help you keep it that way.
Today, we shall cover one of the more pressing and immediate dangers: Assassins, the dark killers that hide in the darkness. (Why not demons or vampires? Well, “assassin” starts with the first letter of the alphabet, so it’s as good a place to start as any.)

Assassins are everywhere in anime. It won’t matter where you go, there will always be assassins. That mysterious student who suddenly transferred in mid-year? Assassin. Your drinking buddy from work? Moonlights as an assassin. The sweet old lady who tends the flower shop down the street? Most definitely an assassin.
Assassins all around you and the only reason you are still alive is that they currently don’t know that you know. Yet.

Things aren’t looking good in Japan. The weather is acting strangely, volcanoes that don’t normally erupt are erupting, and… oh yes… the giant monster Mono is running amuck and gobbling up the human population. What a nuisance! Fortunately, disgraced Doctor Totaro Saigo thinks he has the solution: a special formula that can be injected into a normal human, causing the injectee to grow into a colossus of Tokyo-skyscraper-stomping proportions! With any luck, that means the good doctor’s lab assistant Nitto will be able to take on Mono, hand to claw, in “mano a Mono” combat! Yes, the plan is every bit as insane as it sounds, and the logic of the plot will be stretched as thin as the fabric of Nitto’s ultra-stretchy briefs when the ultimate human vs. monster wrestling match erupts in KAIJU MONO!

Sentai’s Back to School Special

Welp, it’s that time of year again. When millions of children’s voices suddenly cry out in terror and are quickly silenced. When students must actually wake up before 9:00 am (how horrible). When adults can no longer enjoy traffic-free commutes to work.
But fear not this inevitable event! The school year comes and goes. There is still winter and summer breaks to look forward to! And Labor Day! (Incidentally, doesn’t it bug those of you who have to start school right before that holiday? I mean, why can’t summer break be extended so school starts AFTER it? It only makes sense, right?)

When Aichi Coexistence Academy converted from all-girls to a coed model, the female students were so concerned about male misbehavior that they armed themselves! Now the school is ruled by the lovely but lethal Supreme Five Swords, and the boys are forced to dress and act like girls or suffer the razor sharp points of the Swords’ anger. Unfortunately for the Swords, new transfer student Fudo Nomura thinks that sounds like a total drag, and he might just have the martial arts chops and rapier wit needed to slash through the Swords’ defenses and carve a new niche for himself in their feisty feminine hearts! It’s a whole new kind of slice of life High School Drama, extra heavy on the “slice”, as one Bad Boy meets some very Dicey Girls in Armed Girl’s Machiavellism!
