Subscription Problems

I signed up for a 1-year subscription back in August. However, I can’t access the premium content anymore because it said that I need to subscribe. I’m certain that my premium subscription didn’t expire yet. What’s going on? :unsure:

What does it mean by “never opened an account”. I signed up for this site waaay back in April of 2006. I placed an order for a 1-year premium subscription this past August. What kind of proof could they possibly need? :unsure:

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience and you should be able to watch anime right now.

Our records indicate that your premium account was suspended because we did not receive your payment from Paypal. We do see where you registered & then where you began to set up your subscription, but we don’t have the record of the transaction. Why the system took so long to react to the missing information, I cannot explain.

What we require is your paypal receipt or a confirmation number for the transaction.

We just installed a new payment system, so this could be an internal error. We need to confirm your receipt because as of right now we do not have a record of your transaction processing though.
