Alright Cabbage, here’s the deal. Seeing as how this forum has been flip flopped as of late, what you’re looking for unexpectedly has wound up way over there. You’re a registered member, which kind of heightens your status. Cruise on over to the online player (as per vulgar suggestion I made earlier), and there’ll be a lot of yellow. Links galore, man. Ignore that! At the top of the actual video window that pops up when you select a show (yea for some reason you HAVE to select a show), there’s a bunch of tabs; info for the show, comment on the show, and one of them says “buy me I’m cheap!” Not in so many words, but “buy now” might actually be a quote. Then there’re more yellow links, which are what you wanna look at.

Question: Am I missing something on the subscription page?
I filled out the billing info to subscribe, but after checking the “legal” box thing and clicking on the confirm order button I end right back at the same confirm order page and the top tab states “step 4 of 2”. I’m using the Safari web browser.

Alerted them to this issue, someone from the tech department at Anime Network will get back to you soon.
I also tried to confirm my subscription twenty minutes ago and got the same response as animegirlwatcher.

Thanks for the update. They told me a few people were subscribing today, so it sounded like everything was fine. I’ll inform them of the issue still persisting.

I heard back from the tech department. Anime Network is aware of this problem and is working on fixing it. Someone from Anime Network will probably post here once they fix it.

I just tried to get a subscription and I had the same problem as the last two people that posted. 
Got to the Confirm page and I when I clicked on the Confirm button, I just went back to the same page. I’m a bit concerned since I already gave my Credit card info and I’m not sure what happened to that information. Any idea when this is going to be resolved? :unsure:
