I agree with Slow’s choices. But sometimes, a very strong black tea, such as -
can help as well. Depends on the type of headache. Sometimes a dose of caffeine in a hot black tea works, since it is also an ingredient in aspirin. Otherwise, herbal is the way to go.

This morning I had a cup of Lipton’s Stress Therapy with chamomile, lavender, and cinnamon. I quite enjoy this one.

It is. The flavor has an almost weightlessness to it. I think the flavor would be stronger if I actually used boiling water. But sometimes I just want my tea as soon as possible
Oh, I plan to pick up the Irish breakfast tea you recommended when I go out

If you do not use milk or sugar, I suggest a bit of lemon. It is a very bitter tea.

I actually like things that taste bitter. Though I’m sure there’s a bitter ceiling that I haven’t hit yet haha and I don’t usually add anything to my tea. Maybe honey on occasion. I’m wondering if oat milk would work. I don’t drink straight cows milk anymore.

Then just drink it black or with honey. I don’t use milk myself.

Tea drinkers arise!!
Not that we don’t drink tea whenever we feel like

Horrible idea: steep one of every kind of tea I own into one cup. That’s about…8 different kinds…

@LadyOfWicca I finally got around to trying the Irish breakfast tea you recommended.
I really enjoyed the cup I had this morning. Still have to try it with oat milk but I’m thinking black is the way for me. Thanks

Okay, so I may be addicted to having oat milk tea in the morning. I didn’t think it would grow on me but it has.
