I’m all for another season of this!
But I don’t think there’s enough source material out to make another season.
I think they pretty much covered up to what’s out currently.
Vol. 4 will be out in Oct. and it’ll include an OVA, but seeing as how it’ll be manga-bundled, it will probably never see the light of day here.

I love this show (they had me at “Girl with the thong…”) but I’m a bit disappointed with one thing in the Sentai subs. They didn’t subtitle the OP or ED. Sentai is usually real good about doing that but this time there’s none. Is it a licensing issue here?
I think it’s more along the lines of having too much to keep up with.
They don’t even have a credit roll on Upotte!!.
Hell, they didn’t actually start adding OP/ED subs to Kids on the Slope until recently.

The front cover is a collection of the JP disc art, which had a single girl on the cover for each volume.
The rest of it is taken from the Summer Special OVA.
Me neither. This could fill the “U” gap on my blu-ray shelf, getting me one step closer to having at least one anime bluray for each letter of the alphabet, but that cover doesn’t call out to me.

Well now, this could fill the void left by the completion of Maria Holic. I rationed it out but it, like all good things, came to an end.
…is it wrong that I find myself streaming the “pre-release” dubs before I have finished all of the Sentai BDs and DVDs that I have?
This is kind of the point of it, and a rather good thing.
Since it allows for catching dub mistakes that might be able to be fixed before the actual release.
From my perspective, TAN’s experiment with previewing the dubs has been a success. It has led to a fair number of pre-orders from me.
We are the “beta testers” of sorts. Sounds good to me.

When they said that the girls were guns I was still expecting them to transform into them, but it looks as though they just materialize them and use them. So the girl is really an M16 in “human form” who can make an m16 rifle appear in her hands, and that m16 is not alive, is not a “gun girl in gun form”?
This is confusing.
