Turkey sausage and green peppers with rice two ways!
Yami: “They’re both delicious, but I prefer the casserole mixed together style. It infuses the Italian seasoning and garlic oil you used to cook the green peppers and sausage in mixed throughout the rice. It adds a greater level of flavor! ”

Had a pork roast in the freezer, so…
Pulled pork BBQ with a potato, carrot, onion, and green pepper medly! Slow cooked for 6 hours!
Yami takes one bite. "OH… YOU GUYS WON’T WANT THIS… I’LL EAT YOUR PLATES FOR YOU…

Chicken and veggies soup!
It’s carrots, green peppers, onions, potatoes, some Sazon and other seasonings, with the remains of a rotisserie chicken we got the other day! All the veggies and seasonings brought to a boil and simmered for two hours, then added the chicken and simmered for two more hours!
