Blue cheese hamburger steaks with spinach!
Long story. They were supposed to be actual hamburgers, but realized I didn’t have any bread too late. In addition, they were in the freezer from Publix, and the texture was of one of the Flanders brand hamburger patties…

Had the Culver’s Blue Cheese burger a couple of weeks ago. You really can’t go wrong with Blue Cheese on a Hamburger. I side with Yami, bet they were pretty darn good. Just make sure to get Bread & Buns on the grocery list. ![]()
