A few questions from an TAN fan

Is there any new dubbed anime coming to Anime Network VOD? Right now I think there is only one and because of some mishap I missed the last episode of Angel Beats and Clannad After Story. Though I think there is atleast one show that is dubbed on. But is there going to be any more and when do you add the new shows? I thought it was at 12AM on Thursday, now when I check there aren’t any new shows added. What’s been going on these past few weeks?

Because of some problems, the last episodes of Angel Beats! and Clannad After Story were not sent out on VOD, however, they are FREE to watch on our Online Player.

Who is your cable service provider?

Directv is my provider. I also think I missed the first Mardock Scramble. I saw it advertised but then it never showed up. Also I’m afraid I’m going to miss Himawari. I also thought thursday was the day that they added new episodes?

Sorry, I didn’t know it would add three posts.

No problem, site has been a bit glitchy lately.

I’ve heard from several DirecTV users that they have not received their content this week. You are not alone.

And as far as Mardock Scramble, Himawari! and others… well, that’s another ball of wax.

Somewhere, higher up the chain of command, there were complaints about higher (more mature) rated shows being shown on our FREE VOD. I don’t know the whole story but these shows will no longer be shown on FREE VOD channels.

Most discussions of this type take place in the Anime Network Online/VOD/Mobile forums a little bit above this one.

Another unfortunate thing is that the ads for new shows show up in ALL providers and are not selective for Free or Subscription VOD.

I see. I’m going to give directv a call and see if that will do any good to get them to air what tan sent. The only reason I got vod was for the anime network. Thanks for the information, Hopefully what I missed will come to psn, xbl or blu ray soon.
