Update: Like many other problems in my household, this is another one that I can blame the cat. During the wild bouncing of the walls (“He’s taken leave of his senses!”), the cat must have landed on the remote that controls our home theater sound system, and selected a sound-processing effect that emphasizes music (and bass) over dialog.
I have The Anime Network on demand on Cogeco Cable in Ontario, and I noticed that new episodes are added each Thursday…well, some times as of late, there would be no new episodes added for that one Thursday, and then the next Thursday, instead of getting the episodes that were next in the series, they skip an episode, and therefore miss an episode on each series on the service.
For example, if the episode was added last was episode 5, the next Thursday would be episode 6, but on that Thursday, nothing new was added, and on the following Thursday, instead of getting episode 6, we got episode 7 instead.
Now I check on the service, and they skipped episodes again. I can’t recall which series, only that Cannan is one I know for sure…the last episode was 6, and now just got episode 9 added, skipping 2 episodes, 7 and 8.
Why are episodes being skipped over?

Tell me exactly what episodes you are missing. I have other Cogeco users who have not reported such problems. (One user is missing ‘Canaan’ ep 7; ‘Eyeshield 21’ ep 25; ‘Hidamarai Sketch x365’ ep 4)
Have you called your Cable Provider about any of this? If not, it wouldn’t hurt to call and ask if they’re having any problems on their end, while I’m checking on this end. Then please post your findings.
Hopefully we can get this resolved soon.

the episode maid-sama #16 was on cox cable, san diego but the end was messed up, called in it was removed and not put back up, have called in couple of times still not up. is there any way to get a clear episode put back up??
