So far, so good in the new year, though Modern Magic is a bit confusing, possibly owing to episode order.

Episode order is actually relevant to this post as, at least here, Shigofumi episode 1 is not, in fact, episode 1. Had seen it on TAN before, so hadn’t been watching, but decided to have a look today and, after some momentary confusion and quick research, discovered that “episode 1” is actually episode 5.

Conversely, episode 2 is actually episode 2, as advertised.

Did a quick scan of this year’s posts, and didn’t see anything about it, so figured it worth mentioning. Apologies if there were posts and they were overlooked. Not a big deal personally, as it isn’t on the watch list, but anyone coming into the series may be a bit confused.

Especially since Episode 2 is the second part of Episode 1’s story.

FWIW, when someone misses a zip you can pull it up on Google in just a couple seconds, that’s where that whole Albany mess came from a while back.

Given people all over with TWC got no update, that would seem to imply an issue on TAN’s end, as well, although if anyone wants to try to call their TWC hub and go through the routine and see what happens and report it here if it works…
