The Familiar of Zero, Ep 3, was mistakenly sent to FVOD, should have been SVOD only.
Fate/Kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Ep 10 - no one else reported this missing.
Tribe Cool Crew - Only the first 25 episodes are being shown at this time.
