When I called Customer Service this time, I was forwarded to someone who had access to a DVR and could see on his screen the same thing I saw on mine. That is definitely an improvement.

Mrs. Johnson requests no longer allowing Shirley Thompson to make the schedules, cause right now they are just Harper Valley hypocrits!

One of the last posts in the 2014 thread has my list of incorrect data for the FVOD schedules.
I guess since you donât come as often as you used to, you missed it.

Looks like youâre only missing âChildren Who Chase Lost Voicesâ from the January 1 update.

"Broken Blade" 3 AND 4 & âTowanoquonâ 3 AND 4 from the December 18 update- is this what youâre seeing also @thanatos13 ?

Missing all updates to TheAnimeNetwork for 2014-12-25/6 and now only Blade Soul 8 for 2015-1-1, odd timing for that series.
All other shows remain intact.
Is it possible that the 12-25 shows will be updated or am I fanning a burned-out ember, , , I prefer to watch VOD rather than on-line as the definition is better, movement smoother and audio cleaner/louder, I can connect the pc to the TV but I tend to use several devices at once and it would slow down my surfing and gaming. Others in the house may become irritated if I usurp the TV in that manner as well. . . they access multiple devices as well and the TV âisâ primarily theirs.
Receiver is a HR22/100 access is via a Ethernet line off of a 10Mbit switch and a Centrylink 40Mbit line.

First of all, please read my post about the incorrect data on the FVOD schedule.
Secondly, the TAN offices were closed over the holidays, so nothing has been done about the December 25 updates. Iâll be sending them the report on Monday, January 5. Hopefully, the problems will be solved quickly to update missing content.
Iâm also finding it odd that multiple DirecTV users are reporting different problems.
@owisecup , please look at the post above yours and see what a couple of others have reported and see if you have the same thing.

I see this weeks updates and was able to download and view them. Am assuming that Blade Dance 8 was suppose to be their instead of a second episode of Blade and Soul(8). Still do not see the 12/25/2014 updates at all.

I see the same as the others. The updates that should have happened on 1.1 happened today. The updates from 12/25 have not happened.
I called DirecTV and once again got completely blown off both by the customer service person and by the supervisor.
And to the person asking, I see and have downloaded Broken Blade 3 and 4 and Towanoquon 3 and 4.

Looks like everything for 1/1 came in after noon on 1/3. About noon (CT) I saw that TAN OnDemand title list was emptied, and by 2:00 pm it was populated with the 1/1 (and 12/18 and 12/11) content.
Still missing everything from 12/25. I wonder who came in on a Saturday and did that, and why they couldnât get 12/25 along with it? Hopefully, theyâll fix 12/25 early next week, so we donât get a massive backlog. Momo is rather episodic, but the others arenât.
As above, Broken Blade 3 and 4 and Towanoquon 3 and 4 came with 12/18 and on-time.
People have been confused by the mistake in the schedule: Blade and Soul 8+ actually refers to Blade Dance 8+.

There are several mistakes on the schedule - and while itâs true that Blade Dance 8 is probably Blade & Soul 8, it still needs to be fixed.

Not sure what is going on, but I just checked channel 1889 at 9:35 pm CT, and everything was gone except for some stuff under âAction Zoneâ:

Then I checked around 9:48 pm CT and everything but the 12/25 update was back.
Then I checked at 9:50 and it was all gone again (except for the three titles mentioned).
Then I checked around 9:55 pm CT and everything but the 12/25 update was back.
Then I checked at 9:59 and it was all gone again (except for the three titles mentioned).
Nothing changed by this posting time (10:03).
Itâs like DirecTV canât figure out if it wants to list only those three episodes, or everything but the 12/25 update.
