The only info I have is that you will be getting the Subtitled version from now on.
Queued everything up for download at midnight and went to bed. Watched a couple of shows this morning before going to work ( No!! Yurika!!! Argh! I hate wait till next episode stuff : ) So far everything looks good for this weekās VOD offering.
FYI, On Tuesday evening, as of 8:00 pm CT, it was Broken Blade 5 & 6 and Glasslip 7. Most of the others came in on Monday.
On Wednesday, DirecTV had added the three episodes above, but also added the 1/8 update. None of the 1/8 episodes could be watched, but they were listed. Iām pretty sure that it was not Anime Network pushing out a 1/8 listing on 1/7, but DirecTV engineers adding them in error. So when things are missing, it really is DTV. If DTV customer service tells you that TAN controls the programming, you need to stress that the programming was distributed, and that DTV has failed to deliver it. You need to contact DTV support. It seems TAN compiles and forwards customer complaints about delivery failure to DTV (according to TAN E-mail support, and comments on the forum), along with its own corporate complaint.
If the wrong thing was distributed, thatās another issue.
BTW, the customer support person I talked with on 1/6 was also a TAN viewer, and was intending to file her own report.
Iām now only seeing these two sorting options in the channel index:
Last Chance (Which is empty)
Action Zone
The other sub-index options including āAll Titlesā are no longer being displayed.
(They were being displayed last night, so this change must have happened some time this morning.)

I assume that situation is normal because all of the promised episodes for this week had been delivered, minus those two episodes/shows that had been interrupted,I think that makes them a teaser for December last year, which if so then its fine.

Iāve learned to ignore the new episode names that sometimes show up on Wednesday night.
The video files get āpitchedā by TAN to a third-party video hosting company sometime on Wednesday. DirecTV unlocks them at the stroke of midnight (local time).
With AT&Tās VoD system, new series can appear the Sunday before they go live. The episodes themselves donāt appear Thursday, like youāre describing, which leads me to think TAN pitches them much sooner then we think. (Actually, I think when I called about missing episdoes once, they had info the the next week, as if the video was just waiting for start time, so TAN could be pitching them almost a week before hand)
: ) So far everything looks good for this weekās VOD offering.
