Time Warner Users,
Below is the message I received from the Time Warner tech team in regards to the missing content:
“Looks like we were missing a few. I re-pitched all missing titles from our archive and all now appear in the divisions listed below.”
They also said in regards to @magicalflyingpussyfo still missing the entire update for 1/28/16 that this content is listed in their system as being delivered to that users service area.
They said the following in regards to that issue:
“We usually recommend that a customer who is experiencing a service issue to notify Customer Service first to ensure that their equipment is working properly, while in the meantime we check the titles. In this way we can cover all of the bases, so to speak.”
