Received some info from iNDemand: (iNDemand is the third party that we send the content to & they deliver to all of the separate DirecTV stations)
āOur team is still working diligently to create and test the new distribution requirements with DirecTV. I can assure you that it is at the top of our IT teamās list and we all would like to get back to the usual flow of AN content on DirecTV as soon as possible! It seems like many of these issues listed are problems with their siteās functionality. I will reach out to them to see if theyāve made any changes on their end that may affect this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.ā

Just a gentle reminder that the last successful receipt of a weekās TAN programming by DTV customers was for the week of SEPTEMBER 28, 2023.
For reference, I am writing this on DECEMBER 13, 2023.
We are roughly two weeks from effectively being without TAN service for a COMPLETE CALENDAR QUARTER.

And also for reference, this isnāt a TAN problem, itās DirecTVās. They did that update and now are having a lot of problems. Be sure to give them a call and let them know how you feel.

Understood, but I respectfully disagree - this most certainly IS TANās problem - your services are not reaching your intended customers - us. .
Having said that, thanks for the reminder that itās time to check back in on the DTV end. Back on November 8 I added a āme tooā post to @Whaler58ās DTV forum post from October 31, rather than posting a separate issue. I got no direct response, Looking today, the last post on that thread is dated Nov. 16 from someone with the handle @DirecTVhelp, saying ā@gwhelan, weāre helping you on Direct Message. Please be sure to meet us there to provide you with further assistance. Jhoan, DIRECTV Community Specialistā.
Since the conversation appears to have been taken to DM, I suppose weāll have to ask @Whaler58 for an update. In addition, Iāll go ahead and open a new thread/case/ticket under my name and see what transpires.

I have been out of town, will be back next week, canāt access anime through the app so I have no way of checking the status. Will start inquiring again next week.

Thank you. Iāve been out of town as well the last couple weeks. Pretty discouraging to see so little progress, and with the meat of the holidays coming up, I kinda doubt weāll see much until after New Years. IT staff have families tooā¦
