Without putting too fine a point on things, what I’ve seen the last few weeks has been basically similar to @Slowhand’s Spectrum reporting, with the extra that the episodes that were missing intros/outros on Spectrum were also skipping on DTV.
One other thing that I’ll try to log, just in case it means anything - the last couple weeks I’ve noticed one or maybe two different episodes per week that, although they did contain the normal TAN intro/outro, they did not contain the usual TAN/HIDIVE ad that usually runs before the intro. Haven’t observed any skips on any of these yet, but will keep an eye out.

Not only did the two Nanas lack intro/outro, they also included several skips each, starting at about the 7 minute mark.
The same work-around applies: pause just before the skip occurs, then single-frame advance past the point of the skip, then play on to the next skip. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
I’m thinking about a class-action lawsuit against DTV to replace all those worn-out frame-advance keys on our remote controls. Who’s with me?
