I need help to figure what the problem is. I have a 3GS iPhone with latest update, I only view videos through the when I’m Connected through wifi. Every episode I’ve tried to watch eventually comes up with the black screen of death. I can still hear everything and the sounds but I keep getting the black screen with QuickTime looking symbol. Very annoying and I’ve already payed the monthly subscription.
do advise on how to make this stop. Ive tried to watch many different things but with same result

If you post in that thread, it automatically notifies someone who will help you. Also, if you read in that thread, you’ll notice that the Black Screen of Death is an ongoing problem that Administration has been working to solve.
Please read the first post in that thread, and then post all the required info so that we can quickly come to a resolution on this problem.
